How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan

We have several plans available for our Epos Now Order Templates app. All plans have the same features with the only difference being the number of templates you can have active.

On the Epos Now app store, each of these plans is a separate app. To upgrade/downgrade, you would need to first uninstall the existing app and then install the new one.

All your templates will still be available and do not need to setup the templates again.

The steps to do this are as follows

1. Copy the API key

Open our app in your Epos Now back office by going to Apps > My Apps > Order Templates > Setup.

Click on the menu icon and select settings.

Copy the API key and save it somewhere secure.

2. Uninstall the app

Go to the Epos Now app store in the back office by going to Apps > My Apps

Find the order templates app and click on the gear icon and select uninstall.

3. Install the new app

Open our app page on the Epos Now app store by clicking here.

Scroll down to the pricing section and click on the buy now button for the plan you would like to use.

Install the app.

4. Open the app and enter the API key

Open our app in your Epos Now back office by going to Apps > My Apps > Order Templates > Setup

Click on the menu icon and select settings.

Paste in the API key that we copied earlier and click on Save.

5. Enable the new app on the till

Open the till and go to settings.

In the apps tab, enable the order templates app action button.

You are all set.
